Applications
All Applicants must be:

Residents of the State and US Citizens. Applicants must provide Name, Address, Phone number, Email address, Social Security Number, and age.

Submit a two page, double-spaced, 1 inch margin top and bottom Essay detailing how they intend to pursue their technical career. Please include why they need financial assistance and be specific.

Pass a background check.

Sign a Nondisclosure agreement, NDA.

Provide three current references from Employers, mentors, colleagues, or individuals that have known the applicant for at least 5 years.

Include a section, one page, double-spaced, 1-inch margins top and bottom pertaining to the applicant’s education, work history and cover letter.

Download Application and Nondisclosure Agreement (see buttons above). Next, upload both documents using the following naming format: Firstname_lastname_application.pdf and Firstname_lastname_nda.pdf.
Evaluating Applications
All applicants will undergo screening with special attention to:

Background check and confirmation of Arkansas/ US resident/citizen.

Employment gaps, formatting, spelling, and grammar errors.

Cover Letters to access the applicants’ writing and organizational skills.

Phone and Video call screenings.

In-person interviews, using standardized questions.

Contacting references.

Searching candidate’s social media.

Verifying employment and education.
